Smooth Route Sdn. Bhd. started out in 1999 to manage our first aircraft, a Piper Seneca IV with our own pilots and operations team. Our management philosophy is based on a commitment to:-

Over the years, Smooth Route Sdn. Bhd. has grown to be a leading business aviation group with its operations centred in Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah in Subang, Selangor, Malaysia. We now operate one of the largest Cessna Citation Sovereign fleet of business jets in the region and employ more than 70 personnel in all levels of our operations.

We seek dynamic and experienced individuals to fill the position of:

Requirements:

•	Pleasant and charming personality
•	Self disciplined, self-motivated with good initiave, learning attitude, good interpersonal skills, highly organised, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
•	Computer literate
•	Able to communicate proficienctly and effectively at all levels
•	Good command in English
•	Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
•	Those who have hotel line working experience or ex-airstewardesses will be an added advantage

Fixed based operations (fbo)

Smooth Route provides a wide variety of services for aircrafts, pilots and passengers. Our strategic hangar location which is adjacent to the runway ensures a speedy hassle-free, quick turnaround for all arrival/departure of private and business aircrafts. Click here to see our hangar location.

To ensure our passengers' comfort and convenience, we have a relaxing and comfortable VIP lounge equipped with WIFI Internet Broadband Service and complimentary snacks and beverage. We also provide conference room facilities and if required, in-flight catering, accommodation reservations and concierge limousine services.

Our caterers also serve contemporary Asian Cuisines suitable for in-flight meals.

maintenance repair overhaul (mro)

Smooth Route provides maintenance services via its associate company, SR Aviation Sdn. Bhd. Its capabilities include base & line maintenance and also AOG support. In 2008, SR Aviation was appointed as a Cessna Citation Authorized Service Facility. Our engineers and technicians at SR Aviation are FAA licensed and trained. Our team of highly experienced technicians are uniquely qualified to maintain your Cessna Citation Jet.

	They can perform routine scheduled maintenance and they are experts at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. We also process warranty claims on all new Cessna aircrafts and parts.
